Journey in Faith 2024 – 2025 (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)

celebration of the Scrutinies

The next steps for our adults preparing to be received into the Church, are the Scrutinies. These short rites are part of the preparation to receive the sacraments of initiation. They will be celebrated during the 9:30 Mass on the 3rd, 4th and 5th Sundays of Lent. For the Scrutinies, the Mass readings from Year A of the liturgical cycle are always used, so they will be different from those printed on the newsletter, since we are currently in Year C. Please continue to pray for Kim, Chika, Lorraine and Jason.
