Before the start of Eucharistic Adoration, we will have a 15 minute meditation for the First Saturday Devotion as requested by our Blessed Virgin to Sr Lucia (one of the 3 shepherd children of Fatima) on the 10th December 1925. This year is the 100th anniversary of this message when our lady appeared to Sr Lucia in Pontevedra. You can find out more about First Saturday Devotions here: https://worldfatima-englandwales.org.uk/the-five-first-saturdays-devotion-explained/. The meditations that we will use will be taken from EWTN UK: https://ewtn.co.uk/category/first-saturdays/. In order to fulfill Our Lady’s Great Promise for salvation and peace, one needs to 1) go to confession 2) recite 5 decades of the rosary 3) receive holy communion 4) meditate for 15 minutes on the messages of the rosary. The 15 minute Meditation is integral to the full practice of the First Saturdays Reparation! It cannot be left out!

We are asked to think about how our parish is doing and it’s purpose in our lives. Also our own commitment to living our faith. Your views matter in future decision making. Thank you.
