It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Stanley Bewick ( Monica’s husband). The funeral will be on 24th  November at 12 noon here at Holy Cross.  Condolences to her family and friends.

This year we are hosting for the very first time A Day With Mary.

Join us for a beautiful day of prayer, reflection, and devotion to Our Blessed Mother. Please note that our usual Saturday schedule will change slightly.

No Adoration at 9 am and Mass will starts at 10.15am.

RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation for Children) Registration Now Open!

A Special Invitation to Your Child’s faith Journey. If you have a child age 7 to 17 who has not been baptised, or who missed receiving their First Holy Communion at the usual age, we invite them to join our RCIC programme. Children’s Liturgy Group – Sunday 9.30 am Mass

 Young Adults’ Mass – 30 November at

The aim of the group is that people of this age feel comfortable and at home as members of the Church and become confident in their Christian belief, being an inspiration for other young people.

Please join other young adults for Mass, followed by refreshments and activities.  If you would like to read, sing or participate in the organisation, please email the Parish Office. Thank you.

Holy Cross Baby and Toddler Group 9am-10.15am

Holy Cross playgroup is still on. Parish families, please join us for crafting, playing, singing and chatting over a cup of tea /coffee and biscuits. We look forward to welcoming you!

PACT – High Down Prison – Toys Appeal

Over the last couple of years, you have kindly donated Christmas gifts for prisoners to give to their children when they visit them in prison around Christmas time.

We are starting to prepare for the festive season. Your gifts were very much appreciated.  We are hoping that you will be able to donate again this year. Please label them with age appropriateness. With your help, we can make the festive period a little brighter for families. Thank you.
