First Holy Communion 2027
Saturday 8th May and Sunday 9th May
REGISTRATION will open during September 2026 – please listen for announcements at Mass. If you intend to register your child, please note the following key information and keep these dates free:
INTRODUCTORY MEETINGS (parents only)
- Saturday 17th October, 4pm-5pm for Catholic parents of Year 3 children
- Saturday 17th October, 5.15-6.15pm for Catholic parents of children Year 4 and above.
ENROLMENT MASS (candidates and their families)
- Sunday 18th October – you’ll be able to choose the 9.30am or 11am Mass when you register.
CLASSES take place on term-time Tuesdays / Saturdays in November 2026, and January-April 2027:
- Year 3 children register for Tuesdays 4pm-5.30pm OR Saturdays 2.30-4pm. Occasional switches Tuesday to Saturday or vice versa can be arranged. A Catholic parent joins for the last 30 minutes of each session.
- Seniors – children in Year 4 and above attend together with a Catholic parent on Saturdays, 4.45-6.15pm.

- the above are the only dates available at present – the remainder of the schedule is currently being finalised, in consultation with other users of the Hall. The full schedule will be published in mid-September.
- places for a particular Mass or class day can be requested when completing the registration form – they cannot be reserved in advance.
- this email account is monitored infrequently when there is no course running so allow up to a week for a response until 10/07/26 and 2-3 weeks from then until late August.
