{"id":3321,"date":"2021-07-14T12:09:25","date_gmt":"2021-07-14T11:09:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.holycrosscarshalton.co.uk\/?page_id=3321"},"modified":"2026-07-04T15:00:45","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T14:00:45","slug":"first-holy-communion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/holycrosscarshalton.co.uk\/?page_id=3321","title":{"rendered":"First Confession &amp; First Holy Communion"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>First Holy Communion 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Saturday 8<sup>th<\/sup> May and Sunday 9<sup>th<\/sup> May<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REGISTRATION<\/strong><strong> will open during September 2026 \u2013 please listen for announcements at Mass.<\/strong>&nbsp; If you intend to register your child, please note the following key information and keep these dates free:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INTRODUCTORY MEETINGS <\/strong>(parents only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Saturday 17<sup>th<\/sup> October, 4pm-5pm<\/strong> for Catholic parents of Year 3 children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saturday 17<sup>th<\/sup> October, 5.15-6.15pm<\/strong> for Catholic parents of children Year 4 and above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ENROLMENT MASS <\/strong>(candidates and their families)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sunday 18<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong> \u2013 you\u2019ll be able to choose the 9.30am <em>or<\/em> 11am Mass when you register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CLASSES<\/strong> take place on <strong><em>term-time<\/em><\/strong> Tuesdays \/ Saturdays in <strong>November 2026<\/strong>, and <strong>January-April 2027<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Year 3 children<\/strong> register for <strong>Tuesdays 4pm-5.30pm <u>OR<\/u> Saturdays 2.30-4pm<\/strong>.\u00a0 Occasional switches Tuesday to Saturday or <em>vice versa<\/em> can be arranged.
