Last weekend, 8/9 August.
All went well. 192 were able to come to one of the Masses, divided into
30, Saturday 6.30pm; 55, Sunday 8am, , 35, 9.30am; , 45, 11.00am; and 27, 6.30pm.
There’s space for 55 people, socially distanced, at any Mass.
Thanks for £1692.59 given over the last four weekends to the Sunday collection, and for the payments that have come in through bankers orders and suchlike.
(The parish bank account is shrinking quite a bit.)

Just for now, Holy Cross is reopening for Mass, and all the other things that have not happened as they should have still to be arranged. This includes
Confirmations, UCM, choirs (suspended by the Government), Prayer groups…RCIA
and much more. A little prayer will help for the success in celebrating Mass publicly, and then we can move on from there.
